CRAMPROLL STUDY: PART THREE

CRAMPROLL STUDY: PART THREE

Now let’s look at a few fun variations on the CRAMPROLL!

FLAT CRAMPROLL

while standing on both feet, shift the weight onto both heels

1 TOE DROP R

& TOE DROP L

a HEEL DROP R

2 HEEL DROP L

We generally do this type of Toe Drop/Heel Drop work in our warm ups but never really identify this pattern as a type of Cramproll.

It can be done in all the general Cramproll Patterns:

REGULAR FLAT CRAMPROLL

1 TOE DROP R

& TOE DROP L

a HEEL DROP R

2 HEEL DROP R

PROGRESSIVE FLAT CRAMPROLL

1 TOE DROP R

& HEEL DROP R

a TOE DROP L

2 HEEL DROP L

ALTERNATING FLAT CRAMPROLL

1 TOE DROP R

& TOE DROP L

a HEEL DROP L

2 HEEL DROP R

Try the CRISS CROSS pattern!

CRISS CROSS FLAT CRAMPROLL

Now combine FLAT CRAMPROLLS with the basic REGULAR, PROGRESSIVE AND ALTERNATING CRAMPROLLS as well as the SINGLE, DOUBLE and TRIPLE variables from the CRAMPROLL STUDY: PARTS ONE AND TWO!

Here are a few combos to try:

REGULAR FLAT CRRL  (TOE R, TOE L, HL R, HL L)

REGULAR CRRL  (ST R, ST L, HL R, HL L)

PROGRESSIVE CRRL  (ST R, HL R, ST L, HL L)

ALTERNATING CRRL  (ST R, ST L, HL L, HL R)

REGULAR FLAT CRRL  (TOE R, TOE L, HL R, HL L)

ALTERNATING FLAT CRRL  (TOE R, TOE L, HL L, HL R)

REGULAR CRRL (ST R, ST L, HL R, HL L)
