This step was performed by Gene Kelly in the 1951 move classic, “American In Paris”. You can see Gene doing the step on the sidewalk surrounded by French children.
It is a favorite of mine because of its simplicity and because it travels so easily. By popular demand I’ve added a short video of the step at the end of the post! Enjoy!
